Day One

Behold!  Day one starting work on my author platform.  I definitely feel like I’m drawing stick figures in a sea of people illustrating perspective and light, but we all have to start somewhere right?  I’m just going to call it a victory that I managed to use hashtags in my first Instagram and Twitter posts.

Speaking of social media - make sure to follow me!  Yes, that was a shameless and transparent plug; I can get away with it though because it’s my first day marketing right?  You know you want to come along with me on this journey - think of the drama!  The lessons that will be learned!  The screwups!

Seriously though, I’m working hard to build out the bones of my platform and learn what has worked for others and what will work for me.  I’m about two youtube videos into this - another few and I’ll have mastered marketing right?  ;-)
